Prior experience includes positions as Manufacturing Manager at Roll Forming Corporation and Plant Manager at Harsco Corporation and Dietrich Metal Framing, where responsibilities encompassed continuous improvement initiatives, LEAN workshops, and overseeing production environments. Brian Ball began their career at Dietrich Metal Framing as a Management Trainee and advanced through various roles, accumulating a solid foundation in operations and production management.
