Patrice Freeman has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Patrice is currently the Director of Finance at The Wormald Companies, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at The Peterson Companies for over two decades, starting as a Sr. Financial Analyst in February 1998 and eventually becoming a senior-level manager in real estate development until their departure in March 2022. Before joining The Peterson Companies, Patrice worked at HP Management as a Sr. Property Controller from February 1997 to January 1998. Patrice also had previous roles as an Asset Manager at Barnes Morris Pardoe & Foster Management Services and as a Property Manager at Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster Management Services, both in the real estate sector. Patrice began their career at The Kaempfer Company, where they held positions including Accounting Manager and Sr. Project Accountant from 1990 to 1994.

Patrice Freeman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland.
