Bethel Mesele currently serves as Camp Director and EOP Trainer at WWO since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Social Worker at Bethany Christian Services from May 2021 to January 2023 and a Management Intern at Leadstar College Ethiopia from March 2018 to March 2020. Bethel Mesele obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Gondar from October 2014 to July 2017. Additionally, Bethel is pursuing a Master's degree in Social Psychology at Addis Ababa University, expected to be completed in July 2024, and has also earned a Master's degree in Community Development from Leadstar College Ethiopia (2018-2019) along with a Project Management certificate from American College of Technology.
