William R. Talbert Jr. is an experienced operations and manufacturing manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in the oilfield and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Worldwide Oilfield Machine since September 2022, Talbert focuses on developing strategic plans for growth and overseeing plant production goals.
