Rajesh Namadevan CPC has over a decade of experience in medical coding, specializing in Emergency Department procedures and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC). Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at WorldSource, Inc. since May 2014, Rajesh manages the queries of multiple team leads and a large coding team, analyzing error reports and providing feedback for performance improvement. Previous roles include Lead Associate and Advisory Associate positions within the same company, where responsibilities included coding, training trainee coders, and resolving client-related issues.
