Richard Gauthier is a skilled IT professional with 30 years of industry experience, over 15 of which have been in a senior management role, leading large teams. Mr. Gauthier has managed engineering and delivery of systems in the telecommunication, identity document issuance and biometric industries.

He also manages support services for international clients. Furthermore, he has strong knowledge of industry standard methodologies such as CMMI, ITIL, PMBOK, Agile, and software project estimation. Mr. Gauthier is an active member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) Joint Technical Committee (JTC) 1/SC37 for Biometrics, and the WorldReach representative for the FIDO Alliance in the Government Deployment (GDWG) and Identity Verification and Binding Working Groups (IDWG) .
