Anh H. Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and project management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Regional Research Director at WorldQuant LLC since June 2014, Anh has previously held significant roles, including a PhD candidate at the University of California at San Diego, where research focused on Multiuser Diversity and Resource Allocation in Wireless Systems. Additional experience includes serving as Roll Out Manager for Alcatel Lucent Vietnam, overseeing the development of a 450 MHz CDMA Network, and contributing to project efforts at Hanoi Telecom Corporation on the deployment of a national CDMA2000 1x network.
