Csongor Somogyi is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering, architecture, and DevOps, currently serving as Tech Lead Java at Worldline Global since July 2015. Previous roles include freelance software engineer and architect at Somogyi ICT Consulting, and owner of Functional Finances Ltd, where expertise was provided in e-commerce and Java/JEE development. Csongor has also held positions at GlobalCollect and ING Nederland, focusing on performance optimization and deployment automation. A former Chief Architect at EU Edge, responsibilities included developing e-commerce solutions for FreshDirect. Academic contributions were made as an Assistant Lecturer at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, coupled with a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
