Emmanuel Kpaga serves as the Head of the GTS Team for UK and EEA at WorldFirst since June 2021, managing a team of 12 sales executives focused on B2C and B2B solutions for global expansion. Prior roles include Business Development and Onboarding Executive in FX at WorldFirst, Merchant Account Manager and Sales Executive at Alibaba Group, and various analytical positions at Deloitte-related projects, specializing in banking complaints and pensions analysis. Early experience includes logistics management and customer service roles, complemented by a solid educational background with an MSc in Project Management and an MBA in Business Administration.
