Christopher Brown is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at AVI Foodsystems since January 2014, where responsibilities include menu and recipe development, culinary staff training, hiring, and ensuring food quality and service standards. Previous roles within AVI Foodsystems include Chef Manager and Procurement Manager, where Christopher oversaw kitchen operations, managed inventory, and supported food and nutrition departments. Additional experience includes Production Lead at Orlando Health and Line Cook at Sodexo. Christopher is a member of the World Association of Chefs' Societies and the American Culinary Federation, and holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
