Al Mamunur Rahman has been in the software development field since 2012. In that year, they began their work as a Software Developer at Systematic Infosys, where they worked on Microsoft Dynamic CRM, developed Fondskondzept Interface, and developed an Image processing system. In 2013, they moved to Apollo Hospitals, Dhaka, where they were a Senior Software Programmer. During this time, they developed a HR and Payroll Application, an Online leave application, a Finance and Accounting Application, a Cheque Printing application, and a Car parking management application. In 2014, they joined Petrochem (Bangladesh) Limited as an Assistant Manager IT, and developed an ERP Application, including Warehouse management, Inventory, and Accounts modules. Currently, Al Mamunur Rahman is the Head Of Application Development at Worldbay Technologies.

Al Mamunur Rahman attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013, where they received a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the field of study of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they attended the University of Borås from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering. Al Mamunur also holds a certification in Object Oriented Programming from the Bangladesh Association for Software and Information Services.
