Christopher Goff is an experienced professional in sales compensation and organizational development, currently serving as a Faculty Instructor at WorldatWork since December 2023. As a Senior Director of Sales Compensation at Labcorp since December 2019, Christopher has global responsibilities for compensation in the Commercial Organization, designing and implementing sales incentive programs across 25 countries. Additionally, Christopher is the Founder, Author, and Speaker of Sales Comp Guy, focusing on optimizing sales incentives to enhance employee retention and motivation.
