Alexander Schramm serves as the Head of E-Commerce at World4You Internet Services GmbH since November 2021, where leadership involves establishing and managing a new E-Commerce department. Previously, at IONOS from November 2018 to November 2021, Alexander held the position of VP | Head of Website & E-Commerce Platforms, successfully enabling the division's transformation to agile methodologies with a focus on growth and innovation. Prior to that role, leadership as Head of UX & Content involved guiding a team to enhance user experience and content strategies. Alexander's career began at 1&1 Internet SE, where various roles included Head of Shop UX & Content, Head of Website Management, and others, amassing significant experience in user experience and digital strategy. Alexander's academic background includes a degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), obtained from 1994 to 2000.
