Leila Ntibashirwa

Regional People & Culture Director at World Vision International

Leila Ntibashirwa has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Regional People & Culture Director at World Vision since May 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of People & Culture Director at the same organization from July 2012 to May 2018. Before joining World Vision, Leila worked as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at FEDERAL MOGUL for a brief period in 2004. Their first job in the human resources field was as a Human Resources Administrator at FAURECIA in 2003.

Leila Ntibashirwa holds a BA Honours Degree in Business Management from Coventry University. Leila has also obtained various certifications, including "Insight for leaders" from Raiser Resource Group in 2019, "People & Culture Senior Leadership Program" from World Vision in 2013, "Project Management for Professionals" from LINGOs in 2013, "Bullet Proof - People Management" from Raiser Resource Group in 2012, "Hostile Environment Awareness Training" from World Vision in 2012, "HAY job grading" from Hay Group in 2008, and "International Workforce Administration" from World Vision in 2007. Additionally, they have completed a "Global Leadership Orientation" program with World Vision International.
