Carrie Caddell-Kazarian currently serves as the Sr Manager Enablement - Operations & Experiences at World Vision, a role held since August 2019, where responsibilities include building and maintaining the operational model for global philanthropy fundraising, achieving a doubling of channel revenue in four years and managing enablement support for 13 offices worldwide. Previously, Carrie was the Campaign Operations Manager for World Vision USA’s $1 billion capital campaign, and prior to that, held various roles at World Vision, contributing to significant fundraising and operational successes, including overseeing resources that sponsored over 22,000 children in a year. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in English from Westmont College and a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
