Virginia Espinoza Paredes has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2015. Virginia started their career at Indecopi Oficial, where they worked in Economic Studies from August 2008 to January 2009. Virginia then moved on to Interbank, Peru's 4th largest bank, where they held two roles. From February 2009 to June 2010, they worked in the International Division, analyzing and controlling financial statements and supporting international correspondent banking operations. From July 2010 to July 2013, they worked in Strategic Planning and Controlling, where they analyzed, controlled, and forecasted financial statements of commercial and product divisions, as well as organized and developed the bank's strategic and financial annual plan. In 2015, they joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) as part of the Budget and Finance team. Virginia'sduties included providing main support in the development of an activity-based cost system to measure processes efficiency and presenting and interpreting results to directors. Virginia currently holds the position of Remuneration Assistant at the Universal Postal Union, starting in September 2015.

Virginia Espinoza Paredes completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, HEC Lausanne.
