Shoaiba Khan has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Shoaiba started their career at BYJU'S in 2020, where they worked in sales and marketing, acquiring new clients and promoting the company's products. Shoaiba later became a Business Development Manager, leading a team and achieving targets. Shoaiba also had a role as a provisional manager and team lead in the same company. In 2023, they joined WICCI and served as the President of the Business and HR Outsourcing Council. Shoaiba also became a council member to WICCI. Shoaiba worked as the National Social Media Director for SotG India in the World Spirit of the Game Foundation. Shoaiba also held the position of Delhi City Chairperson for TIWN (The Impactful Women's Network). In addition, they were a founding member of COVID-19 Free Jobs Forum, where they managed interns and strategized growth. Shoaiba also became a member of YOUNGO, the official youth constituency of the UNFCCC, and participated in health and human rights working groups. Shoaiba also worked as a Global Changemaker and a youth delegate in UNITE 2030. Shoaiba was a content creator and personal brand builder on LinkedIn, as well as a champion for United People Global. Finally, they became a member of BridgingTheGap Ventures.

Shoaiba Khan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi University in the years 2017-2020. In 2023-2024, they pursued a Bachelor of Education degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Prior to their university education, in 2015-2016, they completed their Intermediate degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from Shambhu Nath Inter College in Shikarpur, Bulandshahr (UP) in Hindi Medium. As for additional certifications, Shoaiba obtained various certifications in areas such as sales management, leadership, personal growth, copywriting, design thinking, and communication enhancement, from institutions such as Udemy, Harvard University, LinkedIn, Great Learning, and BYJU'S, in the year 2023.
