Roy Spiegel possesses extensive experience in customer service and technology. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Service at Communication Dynamics.net since January 2007, Roy Spiegel is responsible for call center training, receiving customer service calls, and hiring staff. Previously, as a Management Information Systems Specialist at World Savings, Roy Spiegel developed and implemented a customer service system that connected outside sales teams and employees. Roy Spiegel earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Baruch College from 1993 to 1998.
