Seriany Tonglo is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Research Analyst for Papua at the World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia since May 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Sangbuaran Indonesia, established in March 2020, Seriany focuses on empowering youth and female farmers through sustainable agricultural practices in Bittuang, Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi. Previous experience includes roles as a Fellowship at Makadaya, a Project Officer for Youth Entrepreneurship Education at JA Worldwide, and a Program Officer for Vocational Education Training and Standard Quality Improvement at Swisscontact - Indonesia. Seriany holds a Bachelor of Tourism in Tourism Destination from Universitas Udayana and is pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Science at the same institution, with an expected completion date in December 2024. Additionally, Seriany completed an English course at IALF from 2013 to 2014.
