Maria Redondo is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Romero's K9 Club & Taphouse since March 2016, Maria also plays a crucial role as General Manager at World of Beer Franchising, Inc. since October 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, optimizing employee satisfaction and performance, and managing inventory for overall business success. Additionally, Maria has served in various capacities such as Opening Coordinator and Product Manager during tenure at World of Beer, focusing on franchise support and event coordination. Previous experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant to the President at RSVP Designs, Inc., where skills in project management, customer service, and bookkeeping were developed. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, completed in 2013.
