Kok Hwa Phoon is a Publisher at Candid Creation Publishing since 2004, leading a team of publishing professionals. Additionally, Kok Hwa is a Professional Action Learning Coach at World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) and a Certified Executive Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Kok Hwa also works as a Class Host at NewCampus, providing a platform for active learners to immerse in new ideas and cultures. Prior to these roles, Kok Hwa served as the Country Manager at Proactive Solutions Pte Ltd. Kok Hwa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore, along with a Specialist Diploma in E-Business Application Development from Temasek Polytechnic.
