Nicole Bird is a versatile professional with extensive experience in various fields. As the owner of Vibe Nash, LLC since June 2022, Nicole manages a music studio. Nicole has also been involved with NIKKIN CONSTRUCTION, LLC since May 2001, serving as a designer and general contractor focused on creating beautiful spaces. In the real estate sector, Nicole has worked as a broker at Benchmark Realty, LLC since March 2019 and has been active in real estate sales with World Impact Real Estate since June 2020. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed realtor, Nicole specializes in the Davidson, Rutherford, and Williamson Counties. Academically, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University and two Master of Business Administration degrees from Trevecca Nazarene University.
