Søren Brostrøm is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational change. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser for Organizational Change at the World Health Organization, Søren has previously held the position of Director General at the Danish Health Authority, where roles included Director of Hospital Planning and Emergency Preparedness & Response. Academic contributions include an Associate Professorship at the University of Copenhagen, alongside clinical practice as a Urogynecologist at both Herlev Hospital and Glostrup Hospital. Søren is pursuing advanced education in medicine at the University of Copenhagen and is also enrolled in the Senior Managers in Government program at Harvard University.
