Ayushi Shrivastava is a Finance Systems Administrator at the World Gold Council since July 2023, previously serving in various roles at SAP Labs India from July 2016 to July 2022. With a strong background in customer engagement, Ayushi excelled as a Customer Enabler for SAP Analytics Cloud, working with diverse sectors to enhance customer experiences and successfully drive global releases. In earlier positions, Ayushi demonstrated expertise in financial operations, client management, and product support within SAP Business ByDesign, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction levels and facilitating the onboarding of numerous customers. Ayushi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from East Point College of Engineering and Technology and completed foundational education at Chinmaya Vidyalaya and Mount Assisi School.
