Salma Aldirawi is a Global Talent Acquisition Consultant at the World Food Programme in Rome, Italy, since June 2021, responsible for drafting sourcing strategies, performing talent searches, and managing the end-to-end recruiting process. Prior to this role, Salma served as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nagwa, overseeing global recruitment efforts across multiple countries. Experience also includes working as a Recruitment Resourcer at redfish solutions ltd and a Human Resources Intern at PepsiCo. Salma holds a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, both from the University of Leeds, as well as an American Diploma and International Baccalaureate from the American International School in Cairo.
