Joan Manuel Iezin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and program coordination. Currently serving as the Manager of Data, Analysis and Reporting at World Education Services since October 2017, Joan is pivotal in developing the data agenda for the WES Social Impact division and enhancing its digital infrastructure. Prior to this role, Joan worked as a Program Analyst and Systems Specialist, focusing on system administration and report generation, as well as a Program Coordinator responsible for departmental administration. Additionally, Joan contributed as a Communications and Knowledge Management Intern, producing content and managing CRM data. Joan's experience also includes serving on the Steering Committee of the Young Professional Leadership Council of The New York Immigration Coalition, interning in social media roles at various organizations, and conducting research as a student assistant at Fairfield University, where a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government was earned.
