Rosanna Mastrogiacomo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rosanna started their career at the World Economic Forum in 2001, where they held positions such as Community Manager for Europe & Central Asia, Project Manager for The Forum of Young Global Leaders, and Senior Specialist for Events. In 2011, they briefly worked at Credit Suisse as a Marketing Business Partner. In 2013, they joined AO Foundation as an Education Project Manager. Currently, they are working at the World Economic Forum as the Community Lead for Regional Strategies - Europe and previously served as the Associate Director and Head of Engagement for The Network of Global Agenda Councils.

Rosanna Mastrogiacomo pursued their education at the Graduate Institute of International Studies, University of Geneva from 1996 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a Masters degree in the field of International Relations.
