Holly J. Crockford has a diverse work experience in various industries. Holly J. started their career in 2018 as a Founding President of the QUT Student Division at Lawyers Without Borders Inc. In 2019, they worked as a Legal Intern at Justice Project Pakistan and also joined the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper. At the same time, they became the Manager of Partnerships and Development at The Life You Can Save. In 2020, they participated in the Women in Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company and worked as part of the Corporate Advisory team at Goldman Sachs. Holly J. also worked as an Assistant Electorate Officer at Queensland Parliament, handling responsibilities related to Child Safety, Youth and Women, and the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence. In 2021, they took on the role of Project Lead in Data and Analytics at the World Economic Forum's Foundations for Tomorrow project. Throughout their career, Holly has been involved in various strategic and advisory roles, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to diverse projects and causes.

Holly J. Crockford has pursued an extensive education history in the field of mathematics and related disciplines. Holly J. completed their Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree, with a focus on Economics and Mathematics, at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Holly's commitment to academic excellence led their to further expand their knowledge and skills by participating in exchange programs. In 2020, they attended Harvard Extension School, where they embarked on a Mathematical Sciences Exchange. The following year, in 2021, they joined the MIT Sloan School of Management for a Financial Mathematics Exchange. Currently, they are still engaged in their educational pursuits, with an expected completion date in 2022 at QUT.
