Ekaterina S. D. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. In 2006, they started their career at Accenture as an Analyst, where they specialized in business consulting for the oil and gas industry, particularly in HR optimization. Ekaterina S. then progressed to the role of Consultant from September 2009 to September 2012, and later became a Manager from September 2012 to September 2013.

In 2015, Ekaterina joined UNICEF's Public Partnerships Division, where they worked until 2017. During their time at UNICEF, they focused on developing partnerships with public organizations to support their initiatives.

From 2017 to 2019, Ekaterina took up the role of Head of Global Business Network for Social Protection at the International Labour Organization.

In 2021, Ekaterina co-founded SDXspace, a company where they are currently involved. Ekaterina S. holds the position of Co-Founder.

Additionally, in September 2021, Ekaterina joined the World Economic Forum as the Lead for the Community & Initiatives Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship.

Ekaterina S. D. has pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Columbia University. Ekaterina S. has also acquired knowledge in Finance through their studies in Financial Modelling at the London School of Business and Finance.
