Sumair Mustansar Tarar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customs and trade policy management, currently serving as Additional Director Customs - Enforcement at the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) since August 2018. In this role, Sumair oversees various Customs Administrative Units, addressing enforcement and anti-smuggling efforts, recovery processes, and infrastructure projects. Sumair has also contributed as Secretary Preferential Trade, focusing on trade agreement negotiations. Additionally, Sumair works as a National Consultant for the International Trade Centre and as a WCO Recognized Integrity Expert for the World Customs Organization.
