Sondre Nygård Trønnes currently serves as Rekrutteringsansvarlig at NHO since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sondre held various positions at Hartmark Executive Search AS from August 2015 to September 2024, including Consultant/Partner, Research Manager/Partner, and Rådgiver - Research & Analyse, all focused on executive search. Sondre's early experience includes an internship in HR development at Telenor Norge AS in 2014, where significant contributions to employer branding and talent management were made, earning recognition for the best internship presentation at the BI career fair. Military service was provided as Second in command, Sergeant in the Norwegian Armed Forces from July 2009 to July 2010. Sondre holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and has completed degrees in Human Resources Management and Sociology from other institutions.
