Crystal Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pest control industry and customer service. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at WorkWave since October 2021, Crystal collaborates with pest control companies to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy using PestPac. Prior to this role, Crystal held the position of Administrative Manager at Terminix from October 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing administrative teams and streamlining processes across acquisition brands. Crystal also worked as an Administrative Manager and Customer Service Representative at Wil-Kil Pest Control Company from July 2011 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, Crystal gained customer service experience at Pitney Bowes and worked as a server at Perkins & Marie Callender's, LLC. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned between 2006 and 2010.
