Richard Mullins has held a number of roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2010. In 2010, they were a Group Exercise Instructor and Marketing Executive (Internship) at the University of Limerick. In 2013, they were an Inside Sales at Intel Security in Scotland and East Midlands. In 2014, they were a Spinning® Level 3 Presenter & UK, Ireland Demo Team at Athleticum. In 2015, they were an MSSP Account Manager EMEA at AlienVault. From 2016 to 2020, they held several roles at Malwarebytes, including Sales Development Manager, EMEA & APAC, Manager, Sales Development EMEA, and Team Lead: Channel Partner Sales Enablement. In 2020, they were an Associate at Pavilion. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Sales Development at Workvivo, where they have hired and onboarded a team of 10 top-of-funnel reps and built out the Sales Dev tech stack.

Richard Mullins has a diverse educational background. Richard began their education in 2000 at ArdScoil Ris, and completed their studies there in 2005. In 2006, they started a BA in Richard'story, Politics, Sociology and Social Studies (Economics) at the University of Limerick, which they completed in 2010. In 2008, they studied abroad at SUNY New Paltz, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business and Social Sciences. Richard then returned to the University of Limerick, where they earned a CEHF in Exercise and Health Fitness in 2010, and an MSc in Marketing, Consumption and Society in 2012. Most recently, they are pursuing a BSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Coventry University, which they are expected to complete in 2026. Richard has also obtained a certification in SDR Leadership from the SalesWorks Academy in 2021.
