Molly O'Donnell has had a variety of work experience since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Stable Hand/Trek Leader at Rossbeigh Beach Riding Centre, where they were challenged with new situations every day and improved their communication skills. In 2016, they worked as a Waitress at Nick's Seafood and Gastro Bar, where the restaurant won the Irish Restaurant Awards 2016 Best Gastro Bar award. Molly also worked as a Waitress at Sol Y Sombra. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Fexco, performing outsourced customer service and administration tasks on multiple contracts. Molly also completed 6 weeks of work experience with the Graphic Design team within FEXCO. In 2021, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and as a Digital Content Creator for the Junior Entrepreneur Programme. In 2022, they began working as a Graphic Designer at Workvivo.

Molly O'Donnell attended Intermediate School Killorglin from 2012 to 2017, graduating with a Leaving Certificate. Molly then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Visual Communications with a focus in Graphic Design from Munster Technological University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
