Josh Tinch has had a long and varied career in the business world. Josh began their career in 2006 as an Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, and then moved up to the roles of Vice President - Business Development Manager, Vice President - Product Specialist Manager, and Associate - Aircraft Finance Specialist. In 2012, they became Principal at Texas Venture Labs. In 2016, they took on the role of Adjunct Lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business. In 2018, they held the roles of Sr. Strategic Account Director -- Enterprise and Sr. Customer Success Manager -- Enterprise at TicketManager. In 2019, they became Senior Account Director at Peakon, a Workday company. Josh's current role is Regional Sales Director at Workvivo, where they are responsible for helping companies reach, engage, and connect to their employees.

Josh Tinch received their Master in Business Administration, Full-Time Program from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2013. Josh also attended Esade for an MBA in Spring 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. In addition, they participated in the Patagonia Leadership Expedition with NOLS.
