Clara Walsh has a long and varied work experience. Clara began their career in 2013 as a Technical Intern at Fidelity Investments. In 2014, they took on roles as a Software Developer at CoreHR, an ASP.NET Web Applications Tutor and an iOS Developer at University College Cork, Ireland (UCC). In 2016, they became a Senior Associate and a Researcher at State Street. In 2018, they took on the roles of Head of Customer and Employee Experience and Operations Manager at Workvivo.

Clara Walsh received a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, First Class Honours from University College Cork in 2014. Clara then went on to receive a Master's Degree in FinTech Innovation and Blockchain from the same university in 2017.
