Derek Presgrove is a Project Engineer at Workstrings International since August 2023, with prior experience as a Maintenance Engineer at Honeywell from July 2022 to September 2023. Previously, Derek worked as a Technical Professional specializing in Intelligent Completions at Halliburton from October 2018 to July 2022, and as a Wireline Engineer at C&J Energy Services for a brief period in 2018. Early in their career, Derek held the position of Shop Hand at PH Machine Works, where skills in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic machine issues were developed. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a minor in Geology/Earth Science from Louisiana State University, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2018.
