Laura Dwyer has a work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Laura began their career at Maritz Inc. in 1993 as an Integrated Marketing Manager, where they stayed until 1997. Following that, they joined Americall Group, Inc. as a VP of Client Services from 1997 to 2006. In 1998, they simultaneously worked at Providian Financial as a Sr. Vendor Manager until 2000. Laura then moved on to InteliSpend in 2006, where they served as the Dept. Head of the Account Management Team until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Maritz as a Strategic Account Director. Laura then joined Maritz Motivation in 2014, where they held the role of Sr. Director of Client Services and Project Management until 2020. Currently, they are employed at WorkStride as a Sr. Engagement Manager, starting in October 2020.

Laura Dwyer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Spanish from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Laura attended this university from 1990 to 1994. In 1994, they furthered their studies in Spanish Language and Literature at the Bilingual Institute of Cuernavaca. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Master Designer from The Maritz Institute in June 2014.
