James LeBlanc is an experienced leader in community impact and workforce development, currently serving as the Director of Community Impact at WorkSource Montgomery since July 2021. With previous roles as a Director at Grant Associates Inc and Program Manager at KRA Corporation and Collaborative Solutions for Communities, James has demonstrated expertise in overseeing operations, managing workforce development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Leadership from Newburgh Theological Seminary and College of the Bible, earned between 2015 and 2017.
