Brian Wagner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership, system management, and project implementation. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at WorkSmart since February 2019, Brian manages and supports Windows and Mac desktops and Windows Servers. Previous roles include Service Manager, responsible for team management and client satisfaction, and Escalation Consultant. Brian's earlier experience as IT Manager at OFM, Inc. included engineering a datacenter that significantly increased company transactions without system impact. With a background that encompasses business systems, infrastructure design, and help desk support, Brian has contributed to various organizations such as KIOTI Tractor, SAS, and Airwell-Fedders North America. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Electronics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
