Ericka Lamb is an experienced instructor at Oak and Sparrow Learning Lab, where responsibilities include teaching Career Development and Financial Literacy classes, leading book clubs, and assisting with administrative tasks since September 2022. Alongside this role, Ericka serves as Assistant Director at At Home In The Lowcountry, supporting homeschool families in their educational journeys since August 2016. With a background in merchandising, Ericka has held various positions, including Reset Specialist at WorkSmart Merchandising since 2001 and a prior role as a merchandiser at Chuck Latham Associates, Inc. Ericka's earlier career included work as an Architectural Drafter for GJS Architecture, LLC, and AutoCAD Operator at W & W Cabinets. Ericka holds an Associate's Degree in Engineering Design Graphics from Trident Technical College and a diploma from Bryant High School.
