Anish Thomas is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning and Development Services at WorkSafeBC since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the New Prevention Officer Development program and leading instructional design initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Canadian Pacific Railway, Royal Enfield, Groupe Renault, and Honda Cars India Ltd., focusing on operational management, customer experience improvement, and training program establishment.
