Dave Simon is an experienced operations manager with over two decades in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Integrated Well Services at Workrise since February 2022, Dave previously held various roles at Total Energy Services from 2006 to February 2022, offering technical expertise and project management for drilling and completion operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Drilling Supervisor at ExxonMobil, where Dave supervised numerous drilling projects and completion operations. Earlier roles involved providing consulting and supervision for drilling projects across multiple companies, including Tom Brown Inc. and Well Tech Inc., with a focus on field development and well service operations. Dave holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Midland College.
