Justin Ong Jia Yi is a Proposal Developer at Workplace Options since February 2023. Previously, Justin served as a Content Writer and Project Manager at NewBase (an Altruist Co.) from April 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included producing engaging content and managing marketing campaigns. Earlier experience includes a role as a Legal Policy & Grants Consultant at Stayr, where Justin drafted legal contracts and prepared investment proposals. Other positions held include Content Writer at the Adam Smith Center and Legal Tech Intern at Bizibody Technology Pte Ltd, with additional volunteer experience as a Docent at OH! Open House and Journeys. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Law and Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
