Félicien MUJOLA KITENGE Jérémie has worked in various roles related to mental health and psychosocial support. Félicien started their career in 2007 as a Psychologist at the Center for Victims of Torture, where they provided individual psychotherapy and conducted assessments. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Psychosocial Supervisor at Psychologues Sans Frontières, where they supervised and provided support to psychosocial counselors.

In 2019, Félicien joined War Child UK as a Psychologist for children affected by conflict, where they planned and implemented psychosocial activities and provided clinical supervision to psychosocial assistants. Félicien also contributed to the identification and documentation of children's needs and participated in activities related to family reunification.

From 2021 to 2022, Félicien served as the National Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Coordinator at Psychologues Sans Frontières, overseeing mental health and psychosocial support programs.

In 2022, they joined Invisible Children Inc. as a Psychologist, working on a project focused on truth, justice, and reconciliation in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Their responsibilities included facilitating trauma-informed conversations with communities, conducting psychosocial sessions, and coordinating memorialization activities.

Currently, Félicien works at Workplace Options as a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Affiliate. In this role, they provide structured individual counseling, crisis management, and short-term solution-focused guidance to employees facing mental health and personal problems that may impact their performance. Félicien also documents clinical information and develops concise treatment plans using various session models. Félicien has experience working with clients dealing with addiction, traumatic depression, work-related stress, anxiety, crisis situations, and other mental health symptoms affecting well-being and work performance.

Overall, Félicien has a strong background in providing mental health and psychosocial support, as well as coordinating and supervising related programs.

Félicien MUJOLA KITENGE Jérémie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD Student degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bircham International University, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023. In addition, they have obtained a Certificat de spécialisation (CS) de niveau 5 in Psychotraumatology and Victimology from Ecole de Psychologie Clinique et Appliquée, which they pursued from 2020 to 2022.

Furthermore, Félicien has completed a Certificat de spécialisation (CS) de niveau 5 in Psychotherapy from Institut de Formation à la Psychothérapie par le Jeu Inc. in 2021. Félicien also holds a Certificate of participation in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Université Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs (ULPGL-) and has participated in the Summer School on International Justice and Victims' Rights at Université de Montréal in the same year.

Additionally, Félicien has a Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées (DESS) in Mental Health from Université TÉLUQ, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Félicien has also completed various online courses, including a Certificate of Achievement in "Playing to Learn in Early Childhood" from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 2020 and an Attestation of Participation in "Causes and Consequences of Pandemics: A Multidisciplinary Approach" from Université Laval in the same year.

Moreover, Félicien holds a Certificate of Achievement in "Discover Management" from Université TÉLUQ in 2020 and a Certificate of Participation in "International Justice and Victims' Rights" from Université de Montréal. Before pursuing these advanced degrees, they earned a Diplome d'Etudes Approfondies (DEA)/Master in Psychology from Université de Lubumbashi from 2016 to 2019 and a Master Recherche in Peace and Governance Studies from the same university from 2013 to 2015.

Finally, Félicien completed their undergraduate studies at Université de Lubumbashi, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2001 to 2006. Recently, in 2022, they participated in a human rights program and received a Brevet de participation N°103/UKA/22 from Université Notre Dame du Kasayi.
