Dina El Helou has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Dina is currently working as the Director of Clinical Service Delivery Canada at Workplace Options since April 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Clinical Team Lead at the same company from October 2020 to April 2022.
Before joining Workplace Options, Dina worked at Morneau Shepell from August 2020 to October 2020 as a Clinical Counsellor and from October 2018 to August 2020 as an Operations Supervisor. Dina also held positions as a Team Lead from August 2017 to October 2018 and as a Client Care Representative from November 2016 to October 2018, where they provided triage and recommended services for client well-being.
Dina's other previous work experiences include working as an Educator/Supervisor at the Montessori School of Montreal from September 2016 to November 2016, as an accompanist for participants presenting autism spectrum at Emergo from December 2015 to October 2016, and as an Educator at CPE-HEC from December 2015 to June 2016.
Early in their career, Dina worked as a Stylist and Visual at BCBG Maxazria from March 2012 to June 2015.
Throughout their various roles, Dina has gained experience in clinical service delivery, counseling, team leadership, client care, education, and styling.
Dina El Helou has a diverse education history. Dina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université de Montréal in 2013. Following that, they pursued a Minor in Criminology and Psychology at the same university from 2012 to 2013.
In 2016, Dina completed a Certificate in Child Studies in Early Childhood - Petite Enfance et Famille: Éducation et Intervention Précoce from Université de Montréal. Dina then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019.
Dina is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at HEC Montréal, starting in 2023.
In addition to their formal education, Dina obtained a certification as a First Helper - First aid with adult-child-infant CPR and anaphylaxis from Atout plus in November 2015.
