Lauren Hessey is an experienced finance professional with a focus on financial reporting and accounting management. Currently serving as the Financial Reporting Manager at WorkPac since July 2022, Lauren previously held key positions including Financial Accounting Manager at Collins Foods Limited, where management of statutory reporting and technical accounting requirements was a primary responsibility. With a strong background in corporate reporting from Megaport, project management in finance systems at Marsh & Parsons, and finance management at WorkPac Group, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in streamlining financial processes and leading teams during periods of growth. Lauren’s career began in external audit roles at BDO and PricewaterhouseCoopers, complemented by a solid educational foundation that includes a Bachelor of Business in Professional Accountancy from QUT and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accountancy from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
