Richard Klein is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer and Product Development Manager at Workiva since April 2010, Richard leads a team of software engineers and focuses on identity management and security as a platform product owner and tech lead. Previously, Richard held the position of Senior Software Engineer at AOL, contributing to the development of Propeller.com and leading the project for Netscape Navigator 9. Earlier experience includes roles at ACH Food Companies as a Business Analyst/Developer, managing technical issues in supply chain operations, and at Tone Brothers, Inc. as an Inventory Control Analyst. Richard holds educational credentials from Iowa State University.
