Maria Laylander is an experienced payroll professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in various payroll and human resources roles. Currently serving as Senior Payroll Manager, Global at Workiva since June 2022, Maria has held key positions including Manager of Global Payroll at Highspot, and Human Resources/HRIS/Benefits at Intellectual Ventures. Previous experience includes roles at notable organizations such as The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, T-Mobile, and Starbucks, extending back to an International Payroll Manager position at Polaris Payroll Consulting.
