Charlotte Mackelworth is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as the Lead People Business Partner at Workiva, Charlotte previously held positions including Senior People Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Argo Group, as well as HR Advisor and HR Associate roles at Gartner. Initial experience includes a Talent Supply position at Procter & Gamble and an HR Intern role at NetApp UK.
